Me Johanne Parcel
Me Parcel graduated in law from the Université de Sherbrooke and has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 1988. She is also a member of the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec, having studied healthcare before focusing on law.
Me Parcel has developed her family law practice and gained experience in civil liability dealing with cases of bodily injury and moral damages. Her portfolio also includes disability insurance, automobile accidents and work-related injuries. Moreover, she prepares files for probating protection mandates (formerly known as ‘mandates for incapacity’).
Me Parcel devotes her time and energy to the community through her work in social issues. She is particularly involved with ethical issues in the health field and is an important contributor to various committees and stakeholder groups in the medical field.
An attentive listener with a friendly approach, Me Parcel is a consummate professional who brings a human touch to solving her clients’ problems.
Mr. Michael Dezainde
Mr. Dezainde completed his law degree at the Université de Sherbrooke in 2015 and joined the Archer team as a student.
Currently completing his internship at the Barreau, Mr. Dezainde has a strong interest in corporate and commercial law, labour law, contract law and civil litigation.
His dedication, willingness to learn and his rigor enable him to consider a wide range of solutions and to effectively assist the other team members and their clients.
